Pimsleur 音频俄语教程,在英语为母语的人群中有较多的使用者,适合有英语基础的初学者,没有语音和拼写基础也能跟着学。每节课约30分钟。全教程共四个级别,每个级别30课,共120课。以下是第一节课的文本内容。学习过基础的俄语拼写后,以下的文本内容可作为复习内容。音频内容见附件。如果大家觉得有用,以后的章节内容我打算在完成后陆续发布。

第一级第一课 Unit 1 Level 1
----
This is unit one of Pimsleur’s Russian one. Listen to this conversation:
- Извините. Вы понимаете по-английски?
- Нет, я не понимаю по-английски.
- Я немного понимаю по-русски.
- Вы американец?
- Да, я американец.
In the next few minutes, you'll learn not only to understand this conversation, but to take part in it yourself. Imagine an American man sitting next to a Russian woman on a bus in St. Petersburg. He wants to begin a conversation. So he says “Excuse me”: - Извините.
The Russian speaker is going to repeat this word part by part starting from the end. You are to repeat each part after him, trying to make your pronunciation sound exactly like his. Be sure you repeat aloud.
Say “excuse me” in Russian : - Извините.
Now he wants to ask her if she understands “English” first the word “English”. listen and repeat. - по-английски.
How do you say “English”? - по-английски.
Literally. This means in “in English”, say again “English”, meaning the English language: - по-английски.
Say “excuse me”:
Did you hear the “ye”, sound at the end of that word? You should repeat after the speaker gives the correct response, trying to make your pronunciation sound like his: - Извините.
Now, he wants to ask, do you understand? Here's the word understand: - понимаете
Repeat part by part: - понимаете
Say, “understand”: - понимаете
Here's how to say “you understand”, listen and repeat:
The Russian word “you” ends with a sound which does not exist in English. Listen and repeat: -вы
This is a common sound in Russian . Say again “you understand”: - Вы понимаете ...
Do you remember how to say English? - по-английски
And now try to say “you understand English”. - Вы понимаете по-английски.
Say again, you understand: - Вы понимаете.
Listen and repeat: Do you understand? - Вы понимаете?
To ask a question on Russian , you simply change the intonation of the statement.
Say again, you understand: - Вы понимаете.
now ask me if I understand: - Вы понимаете?
say excuse me: - Извините.
ask me if I understand: - Вы понимаете.
try to ask me if I understand English: - Вы понимаете по-английски?
The Russian woman answers. No, listen and repeat: - Нет.
Say no
How would you ask someone if he understands? - Вы понимаете?
He says, I understand. first the word for I listen and repeat. Я
And now the word understand. - понимаю
Say, I understand: - Я понимаю
Try to say, I understand English. - Я понимаю по-английски.
Listen to I understand and you understand together. - Я понимаю; вы понимаете.
Say you understand: - Вы понимаете.
Say I understand: - Я понимаю.
Ask Do you understand? - Вы понимаете?
Asked the Russian woman if she understands English. - Вы понимаете по-английски?
How does she answer - No? - Нет.
Now she wants to say, I don't understand. Listen and repeat. - Я не понимаю.
Say I don't understand. - Я не понимаю.
It's the “не” which makes this sentence negative. This is the Russian word, which means “not”. listen again
There are lots of little sounds like that, which almost get thrown away in rapid speech. It's important to notice them, however, because they can often change the meaning of a sentence.
Once again, say, I don't understand: - Я не понимаю.
Say English: - по-английски.
Say I don't understand English: - Я не понимаю по-английски.
Ask, do you understand? - Вы понимаете?
Ask me if I understand English: - Вы понимаете по-английски?
Answer. No, I don't understand. - Я не понимаю.
I don't understand English. - Я не понемаю по-английски.
The name of the Russian language contains a rolling “r” sound. Listen and repeat. - по-русски.
Say Russian, meaning the Russian language. Be sure to include the rolling “r”: - по-русски.
say, I understand. - Я понимаю.
Say I understand Russian . - Я понимаю по-русски.
Ask her if she understands Russian: - Вы понимаете по-русски.
How would she say I understand Russian? - Я понимаю по-русски.
Now ask her if she understands English: - Вы понимаете по-английски?
She says, no: - Нет.
No, I don't understand: - Нет, я не понимаю.
I don't understand English: - Я не понимаю по-английски.
How did she ask you if you understand Russian: - Вы понимаете по-русски?
Say I understand Russian: - Я понимаю по-русски.
Here's how to say a little listen and repeat: - немного
Say a little: - немного
To say, I understand a little, you literally say I a little understand. Try it. - Я немного понимаю.
Say I understand Russian. - Я понимаю по-русски.
say a little: - немного
only a little, listen and repeat, only: - только
Say only a little: - только немного
Say again, I understand a little: - Я немнго понимаю
Try to say, I understand a little Russian: - Я немного понимаю по-русски.
Only a little: - только немного
Now the Russian woman asks, are you American? Listen and repeat “an American”: - американец.
The end of the word that means “an American” has a sound that’s similar to the English word “yet”. Say American: - американец
To ask, are you an American in Russian, all you have to say is you American try it: - Вы американец?
Asked me if I am an American: - Вы американец?
Ask, if I understand Russian: - Вы понимаете по-русски?
I understand a little Russian: - Я немного понимаю по-русски.
What is the Russian word “only”: - только
Only a little: - только немного
she asks again, are you an American: - Вы американец?
Here's how to say yes, listen and repeat: - Да.
Say yes: - Да.
Try to say yes, I am an American: - Да, я американец.
ask, are you an American: - Вы американец?
Yes, I'm an American: - Да, я американец.
Say excuse me - Извините.
Ask, do you understand Russian: - Вы понимаете по-русски?
Say yes! I understand Russian: - Да, я понимаю по-русски.
I understand a little. - Я немного понимаю.
Say only a little  - только немного
Now sit back and listen to a Russian conversation. The same one you heard only a few minutes ago:
- Извините. Вы понимаете по-английски?
- Нет, я не понимаю по-английски.
- Я немного понимаю по-русски.
- Вы американец?
- Да, я американец.
Now imagine that you're the man sitting next to the Russian woman. You want to begin a conversation. What would you say to get her attention? - Извините.
She doesn't answer. You ask her if she understands. - Вы понимаете?
Ask her if she understands Russian. - Вы понимаете по-русски?
She's still not answering. Now ask her if she understands English. - Вы понимаете по-английски?
Nyet. How does she tell you that she doesn't understand English? - Нет.
How does she ask you if you understand Russian. - Вы понимаете по-русски?
Tell her you understand a little Russian. - Я немного понимаю по-русски.
Tell her only a little. - только немного
How did she ask you? If you are an American. - Вы американец?
Say yes: - Да.
Yes, I'm an American. - Да. Я американец.
She'll ask you a question, answer it.  - Вы понимаете по-английски? - Да, я понимаю по-английски.
She's got another question. Answer it with the Russian expression, which means a little: - Вы понимаете по-русски? - Немного. Я немного понимаю по-русски.
And that's true. Now you do understand Russian a little. Don't be concerned. If you haven't made every response correctly, everything you've just learned will be reviewed in future units. If you've mastered about eighty percent of the material in this lesson, you're ready to move on to the next.
Otherwise, you should take another thirty minutes and try this lesson. Again. This is the end of today's lesson. When you continue with the next unit tomorrow, please begin with track number two.
